Senior Consultant & Facilitator

Jo Linda is a passionate advocate and transformational leader and executive, with over 20 years of experience in civil rights, organizational change, and driving diversity and inclusion. She has led complex diversity and inclusion programs for Capital One, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - both at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Transportation Security Administration. 

While with Capital One, Ms. Johnson led CORE - the Capital One Racial Equity Initiative, bringing rigor and accountability to the effort, for the the benefit of employees and customers alike. Prior to her distinguished service with Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Ms. Johnson spent over a decade with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, both as an appellate attorney, and as a Special Assistant to Vice Chair.  During her time with the EEOC, Jo Linda served as the architect of LEAD – Leadership for the Employment of Americans with Disabilities - which has served to double to employment rate for individuals with disabilities within the federal government.
