Consultant & Facilitator

Pooja brings over 10 years of management consulting, strategic planning, and research expertise in the fields of government and nonprofits. As a Senior Consultant at Kaiser Associates, she supported change management, strategic communications, and diversity and inclusion initiatives at federal government agencies. In this role, she worked with diverse stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and execute new processes, developing user guides and establishing knowledge/resource guides to lead stakeholders through transformational change. 

Prior to joining Kaiser Associates, Pooja worked as an independent Management Consultant, facilitating leadership diversity and inclusion training and workshops, conducting organizational assessments and market research, and advising on strategic plans and human capital policies. She previously designed impact evaluation metrics and conducted interviews with over 700 stakeholders at the Aspen Institute and Ashoka. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer.
