Senior Advisor

Will brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise gained over 17 years of delivering strategic and change-driven solutions to over 20 federal clients and markets. He is recognized for the development of innovative and implementable solutions across the Human Capital spectrum, including Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, Human Capital Strategic Plans, Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, Competency Modeling, and Workforce Training and Development-focused initiatives.

  • Served as project lead for Department of Navy (DoN) civilian organization (500+ government employees) project that established and strengthened their culture of cyber security; due to successful and innovative implementation, project won 1 of 5 2023 DoN IT Excellence Awards 
  • For four federal clients, developed or facilitated the development of organizational and workforce survey-based (e.g., FEVS) action plans
  • Led the development of Career Paths and Career Field Guides for five civilian Career Fields that focused on the growth of junior to senior level employees with recommended competency proficiency levels, trainings, development opportunities, and lateral and vertical growth position
