What does Good Government look like?
In this video, Kimberly Walton shares with the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) a story from her time at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), about the agency’s recognition of the importance of outreach, relationship building and connecting with communities. Her story of an incident in 2010, helps her reflect on how the agency has helped put people at the forefront of their planning.
Kimberly Walton is a current NAPA Fellow and former Executive Assistant Administrator for Enterprise Support at TSA.
This video is part of NAPA’s “Election 2024: What does Good Government look like?” series.
