At our complimentary, hourly lunch and learn sessions, DiverseUSA hosts guest speakers from the private and government sectors and academia who discuss best practices and innovative approaches employed at their workplaces to advance DEIA. Registrants will be able to directly engage, and ask questions of, these industry and agency leaders and academics from the comfort of their remote offices. Takeaway materials are always provided. Our Logo
The I.D.E.A. Talks logo is an embodiment of DiverseUSA’s values and ideals. Designed in a circular form, the logo symbolizes unity and continuity. On either side are conversation marks, symbolizing the core concept of “Talks.”
At its heart is the vibrant DiverseUSA company logo, which proudly displays our red, white, and blue national colors, mirroring the flag of the United States of America. When viewed horizontally, the letters "U" and “A" appear and vertically, the letter “S” signifying the USA.
Our use of the acronym I.D.E.A., which shares its letters with DEIA, highlights the company’s purpose as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility consultants for executive decision-makers.
I.D.E.A. Talks invite dialogue and serve as a reminder of the importance of communication in fostering diversity and inclusion. Our logo's lower circumference is adorned with DiverseUSA’s motto, "Leveraging Differences", emphasizing our goal to harness the power and potential that lies in diversity of thought and different perspectives.
